We encourage/ give boost to the development of Croatian SMEs by way of grants, guarantees and loans with favourable interest rates along with programs for encouraging research, development and innovation

Implementation Monitoring Sector – Entrepreneurship
Manages the execution and administration of grant agreements with SMEs funded from ESI funds, Croatian state budget and from other financing sources
Implementation Monitorning Sector – Research, Development and Innovations (IRI)
Manages the execution and administration of grant agreements funded from ESI funds, Croatian state budget and from other financing sources in the field of research, development and innovation
Evaluation and Contracting Sector
Manages preparations for grant agreement programs, participates in grant procedures funded from ESI funds, Croatian state budget and from other financing sources for SMEs and in the field of research, development and innovation
Financial Instruments Sector
Prepares, implements and manages financial instruments funded from the Croatian state budget, ESI funds and other sources
Entrepreneurship Support and Development, Coordination and International Cooperation Sector
Manages preparation, implementation and administration of international projects aimed at acquiring knowledge and experiences, stimulates creative entrepreneurship, internationalization and development of business environment funded from ESI funds, Croatian state budget and from other financing sources. Coordinates the work of 20 regional offices of the agency

NATIONAL INNOVATION SYSTEM SUPPORT AND REFERENCE POINT – interministerial and interinstitutional monitoring of innovation programs and measures; monitoring of national S3 coordination, information exchange; developing expertise in innovation monitoring
